I understand the labyrinth at Chartes Cathedral is only accessible on Fridys. Will I find a crowd there? Is it like everything else where being there early makes a difference?
It is not too crowded this year. But be sure to check that it will be accessible on the Friday you go--I was there during Lent, and apparently only the first Friday of Lent is it open. I went on Saturday as I did not know about it, but another visitor that day had been on Friday and seen it implying it was not busy.
Thank you!
Accessible, as in you want to walk the labyrinth?
It is only not accessible because the chairs for the congregation are placed in that area. You can see it easily.
