If we take the RER B train from Gare Du Nord, at which terminal should we exit the train to get to the Hilton ( at the airport) the easiest? Will we be able to walk or do we need to take the CDGVAL ?

I'm not even sure you can walk over there. However, the Hilton has a shuttle to/from the TGV/RER station at T2.

Once you get toCDG, take the shuttle to T3 and you can walk to the Hilton. It's faster than waiting for the shuttle.
