champagne hotels

we're staying in champagne for one night--7/3-7/4. where should we stay to get the wine experience? i checked out hotel le cheval blanc in montmort-lucy on another poster's recommendation, but they have no room.

I am going to the Champagne region for two nights next year and I booked at Chateau D'etoges. It looks beautiful. I read about it on Tripadvisor.com. Have a fun trip.
