We are booked into this hotel for three nights in September. The reviews on Trip Advisor are not good. Has anyone stayed there recently. Please share your views with me.

Try the Coelner Hof hotel http://www.coellnerhof.de/restaur_e.htm and if they have space, book it and cancel your reservation at the other one. Hotels in Germany are not that strict about canceling if you do it far enough in advance. Check with their cancellation policy. This hotel was absolutely one of my favorite hotels and they have the best breakfast buffet. Their price was 80€ per night for a double and they were only a 5 min. walk from the train station. Rooms were large as were the beds and it is beautiful gem of a hotel.

I stayed at the Hotel Lint on a quiet street near the Cathedral. 85E. It is new,small and spotless and not fancy, but a great location. JKR
