Cell phones in France Jump to bottom Posted by Steve (Alexandria, VA, USA) on 08/20/08 01:16 PM I have an unlocked phone, and am wondering where I can get a SIM card after arriving in France. Do they sell them at the tobacco shops like they do in Italy?
