Hi - what's the easiest way to get to Lison from CDG? My friend lives in Saint Lo and will be picking me up. If not Lison maybe Caen?

In a nutshel, it's the RER B into Paris Nord, the RER E to Gare St Lazare (there's some hiking at both ends of this leg), then the train to Lison. The train to Lison also stops at Caen, Bayeux, etc. The Gare de Lison is located in Les Vignettes which is a couple of miles from Lison.
