Where in Terminal 3 would I catch the Roissy Bus? Is it easily marked?

Heather, if you are landing at Terminal 3 you are in luck. Follow the signs to the Term. 2 RER .... it is about a 4 minute walk, and there you will find 2 RAPT (Paris Transport) buses, the 350 and the 351. The fare is 3 tickets which you can buy from the driver. The 350 terminates at Gare de l'Est and the 351 at Place de la Nation. So for less than 5 euro you will be in Paris. Tell me where your hotel is and I'll tell you which bus to take and how to get to your hotel.

Just out the exit door from the T3 arrivals hall is where the Roissy Bus used to stop. Things may have changed. I've never noticed a TI -- but never looked.
