Can you buy RER tickets and train tickets for Vernon ( Giverny) at the information booths in CDG? Do you go through customs before you get to the booths or after? I'd rather buy the tickets at the info booth if possible in case there are long lines at the regular ticket counter near the RER.

Susan, I have a feeling you can't get a ticket from the tourist booth for Giverny, I think you should just get in line and get it at the RER station, its not like you will wait that long, maybe ten minutes. people over worry about lines I find. Of course you go through customs and immigrations before you access any other part of the airport. The tourist booth is in the public space.
