We'll be in the area of La Mota, Coca and Penafiel castles. Which of the three would you recommend? We have time to visit one, two or all three if we want - or we can add a stop at a small town in the area or just more down time in Burgos, Valldolid or Salamanca. Opinions?

Absolutely, do Coca! It is incredible. We wanted to do Penafiel, but ran out of time. I hope to be able to get there in May.

I'd rank them in the order you have them listed not skip a one, and rob the time out of Salamanca first and Burgos last.
