http://www.burg-breuberg.de/Breuberg castle is in the middle of the Odenwald mountains and was started in 1150. It's one of the best preserved medieval castles in Germany sitting on top of a mountain overlooking the entire area. There is a (Youth) Hostel in the castle so you can stay over night.
