I'm wondering if there is a particular plaza, location, etc in either Barcelona or Seville where I might see the amazing towers known as casellars or castellars? This is something like a human pyramid or tower. Or does anyone know of how I could research where I might be able to see a demonstration while I'm there in April 2011? Thank you. SuzieeQQ

They're always in the Merce Festival (September). However, various neighborhoods have minor festivals at other times of the year- - some have the castellars and some don't. The only Catalonian April festival that comes to mind is Saint George (Sant Jordi ?) - - no idea if they have them then or not.
