There are six of us going to travel together through France for a week in a minivan. I am experiencing difficulty finding a company that will allow us to drive the car from France to Amsterdam. Has anyone else run into this problem? Suggestions? Thanks. Jeff

Are you specifically having trouble finding a minivan rental? Most rental companies I have dealt with have no border restrictions within the Schengen Group. But of course, I never rented a minivan.

I just did a quick check at www.autoeurope.com and found that vans were available. However, be aware that any agency you use will charge a hefty fee for picking up a vehicle in one country and dropping it off in another.
