We will be renting a car in Strasbourg France. Any inexpensive ideas/companies you recommend? I think we'll be dropping it off in Toulousse.

I have rented from AutoEurope and Kemwel (associated with AutoEurope) several times. They are brokers for Europcar, Avis and Hertz. You can get their rates online. They will also match, or beat, competitor's prices. Others also like Gemut.
