Please help us to select a car rental company at the Lisbon airport that has a good customer service record and is honest about its fees. We will pick up and drop off the car in March 2012, and hope to rent for about 12 days. We want to be able to enjoy our holiday in Portugal without worrying about the car the whole time. Thanks.

Hi Teresa. I haven't rented at Lisbon airport, but i've had good luck throughout Europe with both Hertz and Avis. The total bill has always exactly matched what i was quoted online.

We used Europacar at Lisbon airport and visited Cascais and Alejento region. Then returned far to airport and took taxi to Lisbon (10 minutes) and finished our trip ther (sans car).
