We are visiting Toulouse in September and are hoping to take a canal trip lasting just a few hours (rather than renting a barge for a week). I'm having trouble locating one online. Anyone have info?

I believe there are day cruises that original in Homps. Google "Languedoc" there are several websites that have details about different activities icluding cruises on the canal. If you can't find a day cruise, there is a roadway that runs parallel to the canal for several miles and is almost as good as being in a boat, but you don't get to go through the locks.
