Not in Rick Steves book. We are spending 10 days in southern spain should Cadiz it be on the list or is there some place else we shouldn't miss? So far we have Seville 3 days, Ronda 1, Granada 1, Tangiers 1, Gilbralter 1, Arcos/Jerez 1, Sierra Neveda 1. Thanks!
Help please.
You missed Cordova and you'll regret it. Cadiz is worth a half day - - the old part is tiny. It's only an hour from Arcos, thirty minutes from Jerez.
Thanks for the info!
If it were me, I would miss Cadiz, Gibraltar, and any town in Sierra Nevada - the latter is more for skiing than anything else. 1 day in Granada is not enough in my view and you have missed Cordoba. Tangiers is in Morocco, not Spain, so 1 day would seem insufficient. To me it looks a bit like a race around Andalucia with a bit of Morocco in there. But only you know your travel style.
The Sierra Neveda day was to do some hiking. Worth it or is there somewhere different you would suggest? Yes I agree 1 day in Morocco is not enough but we are just getting a taste and doing the tour that RS suggests. Beside we can't pass up the chance being so close. Why not Gibralter? We are staying in Marabella and day tripping and it's close by.
