Is there a day trip from Barcelona to Salvador Dali's home in Cadaques? We are not driving and would do this before RS tour.

Kip, i looked for a tour briefly, could not find anything for Cadaques only.There is a bus that goes from Barcelona to Cadaques daily, you can go here for more info

Not sure if there is a bus or not...but if you go, check before hand for reservations to get into the house. There is a limited (5 - 7 I think) number admitted to the house at any given time. I was there a couple of years ago with a tour group. The setting was absolutely marvelous!
