Buying train tickets Interlaken to Florence

I need help figuring out how to buying train tickets to travel from Interlaken to Florence for travel date of 6/23/10. Sbb.ch site does not have accurate schedule for that far in advance even though it's just a few weeks. Should I wait until I get to Switzerland on 6/20/10 to buy the tickets? Can I arrange to buy such tickets when I'm in France next week? Please give me some advice.

Thanks,
et

you can get to Milan, then buy Milan-Florence leg at station. According to Sbb.ch, they will not give you a fare until 6/13--when Italy loads new schedules--so, you might as well wait another week, then see what the fare it--but they usually only sell full-fare internal Italy tickets. It is doubful the Interlaken-Milan leg is discounted so close to travel date, so I might just wait until I get to Switzerland.

It's still possible to get a discount fare. I checked one departure time on the Swiss Rail site for Interlaken Ost-Milano Centrale for 23 June and found a standard fare of 90.60 CHF and a discount fare of 54.60 CHF.
