Has anyone had problems with the CC system of RyanAir? I tried several times to buy two tickets from Paris to Rome and the website kept telling me there was a "general error" in processing. I checked the fields again and again, making sure nothing was left blank, but no luck. Any suggestions?

You might want to try in a different day.Maybe they have problems with their web site.
If a window will need to pop up, you need to disable your popup blocker or hold the ctr key down.

I haven't booked tickets with Ryanair, but on a similar airline web site, I kept getting the same message as you. It turned out the probelm involved how I was entering my phone number. I wasn't entering the international code.
If you are still experiencing the problem, maybe that's what it is.

I've booked online with Ryanair, and haven't had any problems. One thing I would caution, though, is that if you don't want their travel insurance, make sure you uncheck the box which is conveniently already checked for you. It's not easy to spot, and I've nearly missed it more than once.

I had a tough time buying tickets on Ryan Air also, same error message kept coming up for me & I was sure I filled in all the info. I just kept trying it later on into the evening & it finally worked. I assure you I didn't do anything different!)
Stay with it & eventually it will take your request.
