Burg Eltz then on towards Dijon, France.

Has anyone driven this route? If so, can you recommend a place to stay (preferrably a bed & breakfast or smaller hotel? We will be leaving Burg Eltz in the afternoon and traveling south towards Dijon. Maybe around Metz?
