What bullfighting options (viewing) do we have for March & April 2012?
When we were last in Spain in 2009 March we started in Madrid, then went south for two weeks and returned to Madrid. My partner was able to get tickets for a fight in Madrid on the weekend. The other cities, like Ronda, had some scheduled but not on the days we were there. as I remember, most fights were on the weekends. Most bull rings do NOT have their own websites for the smaller cities, so you won't know until you get there. Madrid's does, www.las-ventas.com but it is only in Spanish and I did not see 2012 posted yet. I personally don't like the fights but many people do. As soon as you get to a city, go to the ring and check the schedule. Remember, they divide the ring into sections by the sunlight. SOL is normally fully in the sun, SOMBRE is totally in the shade (and more expensive) and then SOMBRE y SOL is a mix through out the day.
Enjoy your trip
There is a season and you are at the early end of it. I think the season goes longer in big cities like Madrid than in smaller towns.
