Budget Accommodation in Vienna

What do you mean by budget? If you want a central location you can try either Pension Nossek, Susanne, or other Pensions that aree recommended by Rick and other posters on this site.

... If "Zur Agnes" doesn't suit, find Pension Pertchy on the Internet... We've taken rooms there and loved the central location and ambience, but everything is expensive for Americans these days [weak dollar]. Just don't let it ruin your fun...
