For those who rely on exact directions for finding sights (as opposed to reading a map), don't get thrown too far in a loop when you step out of the Centraal station in Brussels. There's a huge construction dig in the street that sits between the station and the Grand Place. Don't worry, though, as long as you know in which direction to walk, you shouldn't have any trouble re-orienting yourself.
