Brugge Hotel

I'm not sure how large your party is, but I'll suggest a place where I will be staying, Hotel T Voermanshuys. They have a "family room" two bedrooms with one bath w/shower. They have a website, and check tripadvisor reviews. Sounded good to me... ;)

We stayed at Hotel Adornes and it was great. They have free bikes and good breakfasts and location.

Hotel Cavalier also has family rooms. Its right near the Markt, has great breakfasts.

We've stayed in B&Bs we found in RS, but a central hotel for one night would work. You might want to try "The Hobbit" for dinner. It's not too far from the Markt. It's also in Rick Steves book - fun - good "all you can eat" ribs.
