Bruge to Bayeux, How?

Are there other ways to get from Bruge to Bayeux other than train? We are travelling on a Sunday and there is only one train I've found and it doesn't get to Bayeux until 11pm. HELP

I checked on www.bahn.de and you will have to go through Brussels, Paris, and possibly Caen depending on what train you take. You will need reservations (Brussels to Paris) so do that when you arrive in Bruges. It looks like the earliest train leaves Bruges at 6:35 AM and arrives at 1:30 PM in Bayeux. Another departs at 8:30 and another around 10:00.

Even with multiple changes, the train is your best option. Do as Jennifer did and go to www.bahn.de. Click on "Internat. Guests" for English. Enter Brugge as your departure point and Bayeux as your arrival point. After you get summary timetables, click on "Details for all" to see the connecting points.

Your fastest route will be Brugge-Lille-Paris-Caen-Bayeux. And it will be cheaper than going through Bruxelles from where you would have to take an expensive Thalys train to Paris.

What is the date for this trip? If it's far enough away, discount fares can be booked online at www.sncf.com for Lille-Paris and Paris-Caen. If you'd like help in booking those fares, let me know.
