Whty are you going there? Why did you pick that little corner of France? Do you have any idea of what's there? The question is simply too broad. I've probably spent a couple of months in Brittany, cumulatively, over the years and still keep going back to see things I've missed. My daughter lived there for a year in high school and says she never got to see it all. I've taken folks on a whirlwind tour and showed them the high points in three days. Wild guess: five days, maybe a week. You need to decide what you want to see before asking about where to stay. Loudeac is central and an interesting enough smaller town that has everything you'd need - - but road travel in Brittany is slow (Carnac and Dinan are an hour and a half away, the tip of the Finistere peninsula closer to three). You'd be better-served by moving around rather than camping out in one place.
