Where in Paris can I buy a Bresse Chicken to cook? The answer I got before was in the Trocadero.

check www.pouletbresse.com...the chicken's official website...I never bought one myself but i do prefer ones "raised in freedom"...Any upscale meat shop in Paris will have the bird, probably some of the markets too.
