Is this worth an overnight stopover? Would appreciate a recommended hotel convenient to train station. Thanks!

We stayed at the Ibis(Accor) hotel in Bregenz. We had a car so not exactly sure where the train station is located but from their website it looks to be close. It is a nice hotel and the prices were reasonable when we were there. http://www.ibishotel.com/gb/hotel-5210-ibis-bregenz/index.shtml It was more of a stop over for us before going further south but it is a good location to visit some of the towns located on Lake Constance. Not sure of the public transportation to get to those places but should not be a problem if you want to sight see locally.

Personally, Lindau is much more scenic, just around the lake a bit.
