We will be staying at Novotel Brussels off Grand'Place for 2 nights starting April 19. If we don't want to pay the high price for breakfast at our hotel, where would you recommend we get something light for breakfast near the hotel?

Get a croissant from a boulangerie. Or if you want something more, there's a branch of a nice Franco-Belgian "health" cafe chain called Exki nearby. I forget what the street is, but it's the one the entrance to the Galeries Saint-Hubert nearest Grand Place is on.
