Hi there, does anybody know long it takes to cross the border from Fussen to Reutte? Should we plan on it getting backed up for hours like the Peace Arch going into BC?

Both are members of the European Union, so there won't be any border controls.

Your only delay will be highway traffic. The roads are fairly narrow and no expressways. Traffic can be a problem at specific times of the day and the week. No border crossing at all. You will find driving far more pleasant than on the autobahn.

The bus from Füssen Bahnhof to Reutte Bahnhof takes 37 minutes. If you drive you can probably make it faster (unless you get stuck behind the bus).

It is strictly a matter of traffic. The ride is actually quite nice too.

Don't blink - you could miss the "border crssing". It's about as well-marked as the border crossing between Shoreline and Seattle.
