I am planning a trip to Paris for 4 at the end of May. The cheapest fare is on Finnair (New York-Helsinki-Paris) through CheapOAir but the company has terrible online reviews. I don't have any window of opportunity to deal with canceled or rescheduled flights. Should I avoid them? Monica

Don't know anything about them but from what I've read I wouldn't want to deal with them. Since they're a consolidator if you have any problems with the airlines you're probably not going to get any assistance from this company.
