Does anyone have experience with booking online at the hotel's website for Paris' (7th district), Hotel du Champ de Mars and Hotel de Turenne? I went to their websites and sent them emails, a few days ago, and neither of them has responded.

Sometimes a non-response to an e-mail means they do not have availability for your request. I would call for a quick answer.

Do not give up. It took 4 emails to Hotel du Champ de Mars to get a response. Each time I requested availability I noted that this was a second inquiry, third, etc. But I got what I wanted. I was a returning guest and very determined. It seems that when I sought reservations there in 2010 it took more than one attempt. Good luck.

I recently booked a room at Hotel de Turenne from their direct website without any difficulties. I would try that. As of a few days ago, hotel du champ de mars had rooms available. I guess I would maybe resend them each emails. Hope it works out!
