I'm wanting to make a reservation for a tour of the factory in 2010. I've found a few BMW websites, but I can't find a link to reserve a place. Is this something that can only be done through a BMW dealer in the US?
Also, do I need to make a reservation for the museum tour or is it self-guided?

We were there last year and it is a self guided tour. It was excellent. Enjoy!
According to the museum's website visitors can choose between a self-guided tour or a 1.5 hrs long guided tour in German or English. For the guided tours you must reserve in advance.
