Biking in Switzerland

We are landing in either Zurich or Lucerne in June for three days (at the end of a longer trip). Does anyone know of a good day trip that includes some bicyling? Not mountain biking--but just a pleasurable ride to see the countryside?

Hi Terri. fyi - We were in Zurich last summer and they had FREE bike rental with long hours - believe 9am to 7pm. It was great. We just toured the city for a few hours in the afternoon, but you could go much furhter if desired. Have fun!
