All- In Rick's book, he mentions a bike loop from Murren to Gimmelwald to Sefinen Valley to Stechelberg to Lauterbrunnen to Grutschalp (via cable car) and back to Murren. Has any one done this loop? Is it an easy ride? How might I find a trail map (pdf)? Many thanks for your help. Tom

Thanks Chris, If the Winteregg to Lauterbrunnen video is any indication, the Murren to Gimmelwald to Sefinen Valley to Stechelberg to Lauterbrunnen is much more difficult than "an afternoon bike ride in the park". Are there alternate trails which are paved or hard gravel which would take less skill? It might be fun for me but my wife wouldn't attempt a trail like the one in the video. Thanks. Tom
