Bike tours in Switzerland

I remember watching a Rick Steves show and he was riding bikes in the Mtns. somewhere on nice paved trails around swiss villages.Where is this? and is there 1 or 2 day bike tours you can take

It was filmed somewhere in the Berner Oberland area: Murren/Wengen/Lautrubrunnen. Renting bikes is very widespread in Switzerland, you can do it in any region. Shops are usually located next to any "touristy" train/lift station.
