Best Western Trianon Rive Gauche?

I am looking for a hotel to book in Paris Dec. 18-21. When I searched venere.com I found this hotel, a 4 star hotel at a 3 star price ($150 per night, non refundable). Appears to be a GREAT location, as I love St. Germain. Anyone stayed here??
