Best way in France to convert paper Euros to coin Euros?

I need to convert about 20-30 euros from paper to coin for the automobile toll booths. What's the best way in France to convert paper Euros to coins?

I don't know if this set-up exists in France, but in Germany, some banks have ATMs that dispense Euro coins.

Walk into a bank and buy a roll of coins might be the easiest way.
