Best time for RS Spain/Portugal tour

real quick - (im sure its been discussed all over but) whats the best time for the RS-Spain/Portugal tour? first 2 i napril/may - or last couple in Oct/Nov? I know its been really hot earlier along the Med these past years - and his show was done in April-may... Is early spring still the best? thanks
