Hi, has anyone been been on the Barcelona/Madrid Tour? Is it geared towards an older crowd? Any info would be appreciated. Thanks!

My wife and I have taken several Rick Steves tours including his Barcelona/Madrid tour. I have never felt that any Rick Steves tours that I have been on were geared to either young or old, but to those who enjoy traveling. The groups that we have been a part of have always had a cross section of ages.

Thanks for the response! I would probably be going as a solo traveler. Did you notice many solo travelers on the tours? Thanks again for answering as I am new to this.

The tours we've been on have had solo travelers. They are often paired and room together. You can pay extra for a single room if you wish.
