best beach stop between Carcassone and A Week in Provence

Next summer, we'll celebrate our 40th anniversary in France and will be travelling between Carcassone and the Luberon during our month in France. We've been to the Riviera; this time I've looked at Adge and Sete (TA and Google maps). We're not 'to-die-for' beach bums but looking for a nice dip in the Med. Does anyone have a preference between these two, or something they like more? Thanks
