I want to get a Berlin welcome card for my upcoming trip to Germany. I have researched it online and was going to order it through the website. The website however said that it is only valid January 1, 2012 through March 12, 2012. Does that mean I cannot get it through the website or just cannot get it in general. An help would be greatly appreciated. Thank You!

Hi, If you can wait to get the Welcome Card in Berlin upon arrival, you can get it at Berlin Hauptbahnhof (the main train station) at the Tourist Info office facing Invalidenstraße, assuming you're going there by train.

Like Fred wrote: you can get the ticket at every BVG ticket booth. But "the website" (by which I mean http://visitberlin.de/en/welcomecard), when I visit it, actually reads:
"Please note: The Berlin WelcomeCard 2012 is valid from 01.01.2012 until 31.12.2012."
