Are there any places worth going with music or other entertainment that are appropriate with kids (14, 11, 5, and 2..but almost 3)?
At Sony's headquarters complex at Potsdamer Platz, they operate a multi-screen cinema that caters to tourists and non-German speakers. All films are in their original language (not dubbed into German), although animated moves for younger children might still be in German. Most all other cinemas dub their films into German.
I would also recommend the Sony Centre - with one note - to check for films in the original version. I attended Beowolf there in November dubbed in German.
You can ask the ticket agent - they will advise accordingly.
The local tourist website has specific information about events and programmes for children.
