Berlin at Easter

My family and I are spending 10 days in Berlin at Easter time, and were considering spending Easter Sunday at the medieval festival in Spandau. Has anyone attended the festival, and if so, what was it like? Is it easily accessible by mass transit? Are there any restaurants or other attractions nearby?

Mary, I checked out the website (sorry, didn't see an English version) - looks like real fun, with lots of street food and entertainment like fire eaters, horses and riders etc. The following restaurant is in one of the citadel of Spandau buildings: http://www.zitadellenschaenke.de/ It looks like they accept reservations and is set up in medieval style as to foods and servers and atmosphere. The whole thing looks like quite a happening. I find that in Europe there's always a nice restaurant near any kind of attraction. The website says the festival takes place April 7-9 and with your ticket there is also free entry to the tower and museums. As to public transportation, I didn't see anything but again, this is Berlin, there's bound to be some bus or subway or something going there.
