Belgium, Netherlands & France - Rail Travel Suggestions

We'll be in Belgium, Netherlands and France for 12 days in June. It appears the Benelux - France is the best option for rail travel. Suggestions or recommendations??

I don't know about France, but 3rd party rail passes for Belgium and the Netherlands are always a rip-off. If you're making more than a few trips within Belgium, or there are a few people in your party, you can buy an intra-Belgium pass from the national rail carrier that is a bargain compared to anything RailEurope or EUrail might sell. The Netherlands also offers a card system (OV-chipkaart) that helps you save a lot of money. Both are available at any station in these countries. If you only plan a few rail trips, 2nd class point-to-point tickets are probably your cheapest option.

When you say France, that's a bit vague. France roughly the size of Texas. Do you mean Nice and Provence or Lille and Calais? Of the 12 days, how many are travelling?
