any suggestions on Beer and brewery tours in Munich? I have found 2 on line Beer and Brewery tour with the Walking tours and the Beer challenge with Sandamans tour co. Our Hotel also offers one that goes to the Octoberfest Museum and then to the Hofbräuhaus as most others do. Not looking for an opportunity to go on a drunken disruptive group tour, but a fun evening uncorrupting enjoyment for us all ( husband, 22 yr old daughter, 19 year old son and I ) walking tour man said other Beer challenge is drunken group. Just trying to book something fun incorporating a beer tour. Any incite is appreciated

I've done both tours, the one run by Radius is the best but the other is ok as well. Really its a great tour and you get dinner as well. Pretty much everything you ever wanted to know about beer plus all the beer you can drink, don't be put off by that though, its not just a bunch of drunk college aged kids, there were people of all ages and some switched to water half way through, if you like beer and interested in the process of brewing, Munich is like beer Mecca. The way I remember, no body really got that bad off until the last stop which is really the end of the tour, those who are inclined stay after and go to the next level you are worried about. of course you could get unlucky in your group but both times I've done the Radius tour it was fine.
