We are starting our trip in France in Paris -will take a train Avignon and renting a car to stay in St Remy and environs for 5 days then off to Beaune. We a hoping to turn in our car and connect with a tour or two to allow us to enjoy wine tasting and not worry about driving. Question: Any experience with tour outside of Beuane that we could take advantage of Merci

Stephanie, I don't have personal experience with a wine-tasting tour around Beaune, but I can tell you that driving in that area is very easy. In comparison to the bigger towns and busier roads in Provence, I think traffic around Beaune is light and the wineries are on well-marked country roads that are easy to navigate. If you don't find a tour that suits you, driving would be a comfortable option.
