Would anyone like to hear our negative experience with BCNinternet?

Summary of the many problems and terrible service from BCNinternet regarding our apartment rental.
The problems included:
1)parking garage with constant squealing of tires just a few feet from living room and master bedroom windows. I called BCNinternet prior to booking to check on the environment around the apartment and was not told about the parking garage. The description on website describes location of the apartment as having "balconies which look down to the quiet street".
2)TV, dryer & light over the master bath sink not working during entire two-week period. Only one set of sheets and towels provided and without a functioning dryer we were unable to wash them during our two-week stay.
3)Inadequate response and follow-through by the BCNinternet staff. I had to call four times to no avail. I emailed the owner who obviously does not appreciate the long-term benefits and good will resulting from excellent customer service. Email exchange too long to post here.
