Hello, Looking forward to using the Bavarian 14 day castle pass, but I have a question. Can I reserve a spot on the Neuschwanstein tour if I am using the pass? I'll be buying the pass in Wurzburg.

The official website for the castles is at www.hohenschwangau.de, and can be changed to English. There is a form for online ticket reservations. At the bottom is a box for "message". I'm told, but have never tried it, that you can indicate in the box that you have a castle pass and will only need a reservation. You can reserve by phone; their phone number is on the website. Or send them an email at info@ticket-center-hohenschwangau.de.
