My boyfriend and I are spending 4 days in Barcelona (taking one of those days for a sidetrip north), and driving south along the coast to stay a night in either Valencia or Alicante. Next, we're doing two nights in Granada, one night in Seville, one night somewhere in the Algarve, and three nights in Lisbon. Does anyone have suggestions as to places we shouldn't miss? I can't find much information about Valencia, and don't know if it's worth spending the night there. We're really looking for off-the-beaten-path towns that aren't touristy. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!!
